This website is operated by Shiv Shakti Herbal Ayurveda, an Ayurvedic clinic based at E-16/30, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi — 110085, under the care of Dr. Nishant Mishra, M.D. (Ayu), Kayachikitsa Specialist.
2. Appointments & Consultations
- Appointments booked online or by phone/WhatsApp reserve a preferred slot; our care team will call to confirm the exact date and time.
- A consultation fee of Rs. 1,000 per ailment applies for both in-clinic and online video consultations, payable at the clinic, before the video call, or online where available.
- Follow-up visits for the same, ongoing case are not charged again within the treatment window, as explained at your first visit.
- The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the patient wherever possible.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or WhatsApp us at +91 9278-741-850 before your scheduled slot. We do not currently charge a cancellation fee, but repeated no-shows may affect future booking priority.
4. Herbal Products & Medicines
Herbal formulations dispensed by the Clinic are prescribed specifically for the patient's diagnosed condition and are not intended for resale or use by any other person. Medicines shipped to outstation or international patients are dispatched at the patient's own risk once handed to the courier.
5. Website Use
- You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any form, content or contact channel on it.
- All content on this website — text, images, logos and case reports — is the property of Shiv Shakti Herbal Ayurveda unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
